Luke Brocklehurst | Senior Digital Producer & Strategist

Luke has over 7 years experience in the creative, media and marketing industries. Prior to joining the team Luke worked for the commercial arm of the BBC with some of the worlds biggest brands including Virgin, Endemol, Disney, Discovery Channel and MTV. An alumnus of Ravensbourne, one of the UKs most prestigious media academies and centres for excellence, Luke brings an expertise in digital media, strategic development and creative execution to the Noodlebox team.




Alison Henriksen
Alison brings over 20 years experience of working within or as a consultant to international companies that are seeking to grow their businesses, primarily in retail and FMCG industries.   In addition to SFG’s brands, her clients in the past have included Coca-Cola, The Body Shop, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Orange Telecoms, and Lastminute.com. Alison combines her analytical, strategic and commercial skills to help clients gain insight into opportunities to achieve greater engagement with their customers.




Daryl D'Cruz | Loyalty & Analytics Manager

Instrumental in the scope, development and delivery of the multi-channel platform, Daryl leads the team of Noodlebox analysts to deliver reporting, analytics and customer insight. With his analytical, strategic and commercial skill set he continually strives to improve engagement and ROI through mining customer data. Daryl graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Business Information Systems. He also has 5 years experience in the Financial Services industry as well as corporate communications.




Martin Chappell | Data Analyst

Martin has been with the team since 2011 and producing insight, customer segmentation and key analytics across the Noodlebox client portfolio. He is a Data Analyst with over 5 years’ experience within the Banking, Retail Finance and Public Sector. Prior joining the team Martin worked in the UK for Ikano Financial Services as a Marketing Analyst, he gained valuable experience here following the 4 years he spent studying Computing and Statistics at Sheffield Hallam University, one year of which was spent on Industrial placement with the Department for Transport in London.




James Lipton | Data Analyst

James has recently joined the team as a Customer Insight and Data Analyst.  He has been an analyst for 7 years and has spent the last 4 years working for Boots UK in a variety of Customer Insights roles, most recently as Senior Analyst to some of Boots UK’s major suppliers including P&G, Unilever and Philips.  James was an integral member of the Boots UK Supplier Insights team and helped drive significant development in the external insights offered to suppliers. James studied Economics at Plymouth University.
